After completing his general surgery training, Bilgi Baca devoted his career to robotic and laparoscopic colorectal surgery, performing more than 2,800 operations with minimally invasive techniques to date.
Beyond the operating table, he has spent over 15 years as a proctor and instructor, teaching robotic techniques to younger surgeons in Turkey and abroad — remaining one of the reference names in his field.
